This house is designed for bachelor of Guangzhou, China. The objective was to create functional spaces when used on regular basis and at the same time, luxurious and unique. The color theme was chosen very warm, with lots of golden highlights. In addition to a lot of hidden lighting atmosphere inside in the evening or at night is very dramatic. There are three floors in the house with a basement that has a single lane swimming pool, sauna rooms, yoga, practice green golf range, ping-pong, gym fully equipped cinema suites and rooms of good ” . The ground floor includes living and dining room, lounge and meeting rooms, kitchens and garages of car. Master suite and study are located on upper floors more private area. The roof has a pool / cigar lounge, a wine lounge, tea room and a large terrace area with panoramic views.via
