A contemporary house in this story is drawn by Renato Trotta for a life based around the ocean. It is located just above it beach, Community beach of Niguel Shores. From Corsica like any other house so close to the Pacific in fountains and magnificent panoramic views of sunset. To capture all that beauty, it has large glass walls disappear. Even if the house is not very big it has 4 suites with a bedroom, study room, media room with built-ins and a kitchen with central island 18 feet. The office has original fireplace and secluded pool and spa. The house is surrounded by palms and other exotic plans that reminds everyone that it is located in the tropical place so awesome. via
